Driving from the Tee –  A vital part of any golfers  game. Check out some great golf driving tips to help you get more Distance and better ball Control. They certainly helped improve my golf game.

To improve my golf I found some great golf driving tips for improved Distance and Accuracy -

The Greater the Distance increases the  possibilities of a Birdie or Eagle. Improved Accuracy reduces  chances of  hooks and slices allowing a player to keep the ball in play without losing strokes.

Again make sure your set-up is correct, so that you can achieve both Accuracy and Distance. Make sure you place yourself in an easy stance by keeping your feet shoulder width apart and allowing your knees to flex a little when you address the ball.

Maximizing club head speed so as to Increase your Distance comes from allowing yourself to feel your body coil and uncoil, if you do not flex at your knees this is almost impossible to achieve. Remembering the above advice and putting it into practice, took a while and many shots before I definately found it did improve my golf.

A Great Golf Driving Tip is to always remember to FLEX your knees. Standing up too straight will cost you lots of Power and Distance.

Another  way to ensure I improve my golf is when setting up, be sure to play the ball Forward. The correct stance will show the ball closer to the Leading Foot and not in the centre of your stance. Thus helping the  club propel the ball forward on it’s correct path up into the air.

Another way I found to improve my golf  is this  Great Golf Driving tip – Your Backswing should begin with your hips and Not your hands. -A Key point in reaching Optimal Distance off the tee is – Turning Your Hips Properly. Your Hands, Arms and Upper Body will Naturally follow as your hips turn.

Remember the importance of the hip turn continues as you reach the top of your backswing. Allow your hips to begin the downswing, followed by your hands. Mastering  Proper Rotation of your hips with constant consistent practice, will show you a significant improvement in your distance.

Ok let’s look at a really great golf driving tip for Accuracy, this  advice really helped improve my golf – It is Really Important that you have your hands following the club head at impact. Make sure your hands keep the club face square when it strikes the ball – If you do not do this you will get a curve ball.

Frequent hooking or Slicing of the ball? – please look at your grip. Improve my golf says  too strong or too weak, the club face will not be square as it hits the ball. Having a Neutral grip will prevent the club face from opening and closing.

Remember maintain a square stance when you address the ball. Occasionally you may want to open or close your stance by moving your forward foot, up or back, however a Square Stance       ( keeping both feet in line with your target) is mostly the best. Apply this to your hips and shoulders, you will notice a much improved accurate shot by keeping your body square with your target. I hope the above advice improves your golf as much as it helped improve my golf.
